Pricing

(Pick the service that’s right for you)

4-times a month starts at $150

We service your pool four times a month, which for most months is every week. (This allows for vacation time and inclement weather throughout the year.) This includes cleaning the pool and providing ALL chemicals—chlorine, conditioner, acid, algaecide, and clarifier to make your pool sparkle. We guarantee your pool will not get algae or we take care of it.

(This does not include repairs or cleaning the filter.)

2-times a month starts at $100

We do the same things just twice a month. The reason why it’s not half price is because the amount of chemicals is the same and there is usually more to clean.

1-time a month starts at $75

It’s the same thing—just once a month—and yes some pools that don’t get too dirty can get away with being serviced once a month, although most customers who do this have pool cleaners.

Other Services

Pool cleaner rental starts at $30 a month

We rent pool cleaners to customers—and maintain them so if they break we fix it or replace it with another pool cleaner. This includes the hoses so if they kink or break we replace them too. This is usually much cheaper than buying a pool cleaner and maintaining it yourself, and this could inspire you to try 2-times a month rather than 4—which is what most customers choose to do. That’s because they save money, get pool cleaner they don’t have to fuss with, and a clean pool.

Acid washes

Pool water gets hard over time and pools get stained so pools need to be drained and acid washed every few years—and when you jump in a pool with fresh water you should notice the difference. Prices vary but acid washes start at $1,000. Check out the next section to see the difference acid washes make.

This is a pool we acid washed and serviced for a realtor. The pool was cleaned every week. The picture on the left shows what it looks like before cleaning. The picture on the right shows what it looks like after cleaning. One week after cleaning, the pool will look like the picture on the left, and after cleaning, it looks like the picture on the right, and repeating. Since no one lived there, and pool cleaners are expensive, a pool cleaner was not put in this pool. But if a pool cleaner was used, the pool will look like the picture on the right throughout the month—like the pools on the home page—and they would save money too. Even still, the realtor said the pool looked great and that’s what sold the house.
